What are your shipping options?

We have two options, standard and express shipping.  We offer free standard international shipping for all orders over $100.  If you prefer express shipping method, additional charge will be applied.  We are now offering local delivery if the order is to be delivered within the Hong Kong island.

What is your refund policy?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. We will be happy to refund the cost of the product. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Product must be returned in original condition along with original packaging. You may return the products by using your preferred shipping method at your own cost.Answer Here

Can you ship internationally?

Yes!  We ship worldwide.  Some countries will be subject to various tax and import duties.  You can always contact us at hello@mygoldmuse.com for tax related questions prior to your order.

Your art pieces will be dispatched from Asia, using international couriers.

Do you offer wholesale?

We do not offer wholesale.  These are all one-of-a-kind pieces.  Therefore, we only have one and only one piece in most cases.
